Have you always wanted to learn how to make delicious dim sum but felt that it looked too complicated. Don’t worry! In this course you can learn how to make four different dim sum with easy step-by-step guidance and teacher assistance. Both the filling and wrapping techniques will be practiced as well as how to steam the dumplings.

What to Expect
When booking this class you will receive a detailed recipe and ingredients card with any special requirements listed. The online class will be taught live by two chefs and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions throughout the class either in the chat or using your mic. One chef will be leading the class and the other will be available to answer questions and offer additional assistance as needed. The class is intended to be interactive so please feel free to actively participate. Ingredients, equipment etc are not included – you will need to purchase everything for the class but if you need help in sourcing specific items please feel free to email us.
Class information
This class is scheduled for about 2 hours. The Zoom session will open 15 minutes before the start of the class – feel free to join early to ask any questions and check your ingredients. The class will start promptly at the allotted time. We will also be available 10-15 minutes after the class to answer any additional questions, or just to chat.
Technology
You will receive a password protected link to the Zoom session one day before the class. Please do not share this link with anyone else.
You will need a computer, tablet or mobile phone to join the class via Zoom. We recommend that you use your camera as it makes the class more sociable and we can offer help more readily, but if you do not wish to be seen you can just point the camera at your food. You will receive more detailed information about camera placement in the welcome email.
